Description

Two sets of botanical studies. The first set, rendered in pen, is the buds, stems, and flowers of: primula, hyacinth, lilac, hawthorn, and sycamore. The second set, rendered in graphite, is the buds, stems, and flowers of: sycamore, red almond, and beech. Mounted in an aperture with two windows. Aperture has 'C.W. Hobbis' printed in red ink in the bottom right corner. Work is dated next to graphite drawing of sycamore.
