Unfinished illustration for a silver box design. Features front view and side view. One design feature includes the incorporation of the Arms of Norwich on a blue background. A faint drawn box above the design has the words 'presented to' hastily written in it. Paper is folder in half. On the reverse side of the folded page is a third pencil outline for the box.
