Design for a memorial plaque which reads: "IN PROUD MEMORY OF / COLNEL BERNARD HENRY / [illegible] PRIOR D.S.O., T.D. / WHO COMMANDED THE 6TH BATTALION / NORFOLK REGIMENT WHEN QUARTERED / IN THIS TOWN AND LATER SERVED WITH / VALOUR AND DISTINCTION IN FLANDERS / 1914 - 1918 / DIED 27TH NOVEMBER 1953 AGED 76 / Erected by the survivors of the Battalion." Signed and dated bottom right, annotated throughout.
